The Central Coast Blue Regional Recycled Water Authority is committed to providing open and transparent access to public records created and/or maintained by the Authority, which includes timely access to requested records in accordance with the California Public Records Act (Government Code Sections 7920.000-7931.000).

The Authority continually strives to make it easier and quicker to get the information you are seeking by constantly adding public records on its website.  If the document(s) you seek are not currently on the website, you may submit a
public records request

Access public records: Documents currently available in the public records portal below include legislative documents (Board of Directors meeting agendas, agenda supplemental information, minutes, resolutions and JPA formation documents), RFPs, technical studies and reports. Records will continue to be added over time, so check back frequently for new additions. and by using the latest technology to digitally store and retrieve documents.
